Holly Eberhardt, Closing Coordinator, manages the contract to close on all of our listings. From reviewing contracts and paperwork for accuracy and compliance to coordinating inspections and setting up appraisals. She also monitors the closing progress and provides updates to our clients throughout the transaction.
